6 Online Events Not To Be Missed in December 2022

And you don't even have to leave the house at -5°!

Although in-person events have returned, online and remote events are more important than ever. Accessibility is an issue for performers and audience members alike, so we're started a new feature to showcase online events that are happening each month. Plus, who wants to venture out in the cold and frost anyway?

Here's a roundup of six of the best online events for this December, from crafty canines to emo anthems. Check out each of the events through the links below, and find something new to get involved with while supporting indie creators!

How To Perform On Zoom

Here at QSO, we’re huge fans of The Passion Project and everything they do, so we’re excited for their upcoming event, in collaboration with Crip Play and The Remote Body. As a musician myself, it can be really daunting to perform on Zoom. If you feel similarly to me, then look no further. In times where online events are as important as ever, The Passion Project’s guides are invaluable for performers.

Organiser: The Passion Project; Crip Play; The Remote Body

When: Thursday 15th December, 6-8pm GMT

Price: pay-what-you-want: £0-£20 (via Google forms)

Studio Funnel are collaborating with the London Drawing Group for their latest in a string of fantastic remote events designed to teach you how to craft some beautiful art - in this case, some festive pups. Best of all, it's pay-what-you-can entry! Check out the breakdown of what materials are recommended, and unleash your creative side.
